2 bdrm 1 bath condo, 2nd floor, 835 sf, share kitchen and bath, all utilities included except for phone (I don't have phone service at the house, you'll need a cell phone). I am sometimes loud and have a lot of energy. I am home a lot so I am looking for someone that isn't home much, grad student perhaps? SD is $400, Rent is $400, prefer a 6 month lease only b/c I want income on a consistent basis. Thanks!
