Room available starting August 1st (possibly earlier). The duplex is a 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath with full dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, breakfast nook etc... The available bedroom is unfurnished. Female Roommate preferred (but I am open to considering a male) who is fairly clean and has a full time job. All utilities included. Parking is on the street, however I will give you a parking pass. *I do have one very friendly, well behaved & adorable Devon Rex cat.
