I am looking for a roommate to share a 2bd condo in Overbrook Park. The condo is approx. 960-sf and the room is roughly 12x14. The room can comfortably fit a queen bed, full dresser and desk. Amenities include dishwasher, washer & dryer, central heating, A/C, alarm system and storage. I already have an extra DirecTV box for the room and wireless internet for the place. There is parking available if you have a car and SEPTA is close if you don't. All bills will be evenly split.
