I have a medium size house that I rent and am looking for a roommate. There is a bedroom with a bathroom next to it. I am 57 and a professor. I am fairly quiet, up by 8am and down by 11pm. I do not smoke. I will allow a dog or cat. In my spare time I workout, cook, watch TV / movies, read, or I'm on the computer. I have office space that can be shared.
