My fiance and I are looking to rent out the 2nd bedroom in our Winter Park apartment. Our current roommate had to move suddenly for work so we need to find someone by Dec. 1st. You would have a private bedroom and bathroom with a large walk in closet, and shared kitchen and living room with all new kitchen appliances and in-unit washer and dryer. We have one cat.
