We live in the Arbor Creek neighborhood in Holly Springs within easy walking distance to the pool. We have 2 large areas to watch TV and hang out and fenced in back yard. We are both young professionals, nice, normal, fun people. We have 2 dogs and would be OK with a room mate who also had a dog as long as they got along with ours - both very sweet and friendly.
