I work Monday through Friday, days. I currently live in a very untidy type place now with 2 other people, I do like a more tidy environment, My rent amount is negotiable. I'd like a place with a garage but if not a basement would do. I receive packages and send packages weekly as part of my job. I do have a company car as well as a personal car, so I'd need a place to park them. I am also a divorced father so I do have visitation on the standard schedule. send message if needed. Thanks, Mike
