The property is beautiful. The lease will be over in August. October will already be paid for. I am moving across country and need someone to move in ASAP. Move in can start today. You will need to pass a credit check and fill out an application with the landlord. That is $35, but I can pay for it if needed. The two roommates are a 23y/o female and a 24y/o male. They are not in a relationship, so no drama. Smoking is OK outside.
