Master bedroom available on the border of Hillcrest and downtown! This room is available January 15th and is $1150/month. The landlord covers water and trash. Wifi and electricity are about $50-70/each. There is one parking spot that is shared among the roommates and laundry on site. You would be living with 2 women who are both 26. They are both respectful and considerate people who want to foster a safe and family friendly place. No over night guests who are men. Great location! :)
