No loud video gamers PLEASE, no roommates that party all night and run a frat house. I don't like roommates that can pay their rent lbvs, I don't mind helping cover certain bills, I get it, life happens, but please don't make a habit out of it. I like conversing with you every now and again. Heads up, I do work third shift, which means I sleep during the day, so I need a pretty calm roommate:)
