Hello! I moved here recently from CA and am looking for a room for around $300 to $400 to start. I have 2 jobs and won't really be there except to sleep. I do have a cat who is SO sweet, currently staying at my dads house who I would love to bring if possible. I don't drink or party, so if you do, it won't be a good fit. I'm 40, but feel and look more like 25. I like to keep fit and try to eat healthy. I'd like to move in right away. Thank you! Sara
