House is a three bed, two and a half bath with tile throughout except in the bedrooms, baths, and one living area. Living in the home is one 27 year old female, and one 27 year old male. Also residing in the house are two 80 pound lap dogs:) The home is in Dobson Ranch, so ammenities include multiple pools, tennis and racquet ball courts. Our backyard is fenced with a large patio, perfect for BBQ-ing. Rent includes all utilities.
