I have a beautiful 4 BR house just blocks from the beach in Redondo Beach. There are currently 2 bedrooms available, and would prefer to rent the upstairs bedroom to just one person for $1000 per month, but would consider taking on two housemates for $1600. Common spaces include, a large living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, 2 full baths, 2 large patios, a fully private backyard with a seating area and outdoor fireplace, and plenty of parking.
