I have. 4 bedroom house and I am lookig to rent out the upstairs. Rent would include all utilities, washer/dryer, cable (with premium channels). I am a pretty clean person. I have 3 dogs and basically the only thing that is always around are their dog. I do not mind additional pets - I prefer no cats because I tend to be slightly allergic but if we work I would consider it.
