Hi, I'm currently looking for a roommate. It would be $650 for rent and utilities combined, and we would include you in the lease. I'm a 31 y/o male, and I live with my almost 60 y/o dad, we keep to ourselves. I'm working on my publishing business, and he likes to cook and watch the news.
