This apartment complex is owned by Belcross Properties in Morgantown. This listing is for female WVU students only. There is a small background check that Belcross does and some paperwork. You will be living with a female PhD computer science student. It is expected that the rent and utilities be paid on time. All of which are done through online portals between you and the other roommate. Please be courteous of each others privacy & please be clean. There is no deposit to pay, just rent/bills.
