I am a senior attending WVU. Very clean and respectful individuals looking for other people who share the same qualities. Have 3 open bedrooms (already furnished) in my unit. Rent is $275 individually. Utilities will be split 4 ways. Small pets are okay if they don't make a mess/noise. Complex is located right next to the river, free parking space, and a bus route that runs throughout Morgantown.
