Divorced guy. I have a small dog. Rent is negotiable. We can work that out if you can watch the house while I'm out of town. I work in a local office 4 days a week and home 1 day. Have access to a pool in summer. It's just me and I'm easy going. House is in Sanford NC. Close to West Lee Middle School and close to U.S. 1. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Pretty much just come and go as you please.
