Newly remodeled 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house on 20th Ave, less than a mile from downtown and USM. The house just underwent a complete remodel and is complete with brand new appliances and a new deck overlooking a large fenced in backyard. I am looking for an easy roommate- no drama or crazy parties. I do go out but don't plan to ever have a party or even have people over at the house.
