The house has all new floors, walls, and appliances. There are three rooms upstairs and a room downstairs that can be a bedroom for someone who does not require a lot of space. The largest room upstairs can be shared comfortably. Rent changes depending on how many people I can find: $370 if I only find 3 people and $270 if I can find 4.
