Nice home on quiet street, looking for proffesional adults with working schedules. Home is clean, no shoe policy. Bathroom is remodeled and would be shared amongst the top 3 rooms (currently 2 males.) There is a grocyer/liquor store/shopping center within walking distance, also within walking distance of downtown Longmont Laundry onsite. Parking on street.
