Here's what I have in terms of space: On the top floor, one descent-sized bedroom FURNISHED (although some stuff can probably be moved out if needs be) with walk-in closet, one bathroom (with shower and tub), and part of a second bedroom that I use for storage. On the main floor, a large open room. All in all, maybe 400 sq feet or so. I'll be taking care of everything from utilities to internet to TP. I keep the house cool all year round (68 or so)
