I am in the process of looking for a place either on the upper east side or east midtown (from 54th street to 103rd street). I'm really just in need of a couple of trustworthy, honest 23-26 yo male roommates who work in the city. The places I've seen have a doorman or are in elevated buildings. The places have hardwood floors throughout, small to medium sized kitchen and lots of lighting. The streets on which these places are on are clean, close to transportation, and are well-lit and safe.
