My son is starting his PhD at Fort Collins and just bought a townhome style condo. I'm looking for two roommates to share the 3 bed, 2.5 bath place that has new flooring, paint, appliances etc and it's between campus and Horsetooth Resevoir. The association offers a clubhouse and pool.
