My current roommate is moving out in June with her boyfriend and I would like to stay in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. The complex has an outdoor pool and plenty of parking. It's only about six blocks from Grand Ave and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and boutiques. The 950+ Sq ft apartment boasts high-speed internet, digital cable, a shared phone-line, dishwasher, skylights, and storage space. A garage can be rented on a month-to-month basis as well.
