We are completing renovations on a loft/studio apartment over our oversized two car garage in Hershey. 0.6 miles to the Penn State Hershey Medical Center! It'll offer a private entrance (not attached to our house), dedicated parking space, full private bathroom, microwave, toaster oven, and small refrigerator. While it doesn't have a full kitchen, utilities will be included. New carpet and new heating/cooling unit being installed this week! Message us before someone else snatches it up!
