About this household

I own a cape cod and am renting out the 2nd floor. It includes a full bathroom with shower, walk in closet. All utilities cable intranet included. I’m a single working mother with a toddler at home. We also have a dog. My career is demanding and my son and I are pretty routine. We have a fenced in backyard with a large garden. We are walking distance to the square in hummelstown. I also own kayaks as the creek is across the street. Laundry in basement included.
