My wife and I own a charming home in Fort Myers in a safe neighborhood. We have a large extra bedroom, typical size of two bedrooms. The room is 24' by 12' and has a separate and private entrance if needed. Everything in the room from floor to ceiling is brand new. You will have access to a new washer and dryer and the kitchen is just steps away. Centrally located, great neighbors and no drama. Looking for someone quiet and clean. Utilities included.
