11.5x11.5 room for rent. two windows, hardwood floors. Smoking outside. 4 bed/1 bath. Laundry. parking. shared living room. no drama. no dogs. no couples. 41 and colonial on the McGregor side. I work two jobs and go to class. Other roomie works a lot as well. rarely home at the same time unless its at night. $500 to move in, and then again on the 1st of each month. utilities no included. we add them and split by 3. Need someone ASAP
