$ 500 a month is for everything,heat,air,new W/D,dishwasher,tanning bed in apt. There is a pool in our small complex.First floor,no stairs,carpeting,use my wifi,basic cable,parking right in front of living room window.You will have the large master bedroom, closet with double doors and master bath. I have a smaller room and half bath, only need to go thru small second door into your bath to shower only.I have 3 tiny NON BARKING dogs.
