This rental is for the second floor of my home where my 36 year old son lives. There are two bedrooms and one full bath. It can come furnished or not. The rent includes twice monthly cleaning service, all utilities, but at the current time we do not have cable. There is a cable connection in the bedroom if you want to have it connected. There are two driveways and garages so you could have a separate entrance. Sits on a beautiful pond. Neighborhood pool. My son is private and has a cat.
