Summary
I retire from the Columbus Ohio Fire Dept. on December 2nd. My wife can work from Florida and we would like to rent a nice room in a nice house. We are very clean and tidy, and would like a place that is kept the same. We go to bed by 9:30pm but get up as early as 5am on weekdays. We are very active and will be on the go a lot. Looking to rent January, February, March. Good Internet is a must as my wife will be working remotely online. A separate TV in our bedroom would be nice.
