I have 1 empty spacious room in a 3000 square foot house. You would have your own entrance and full access to the guest bathroom, off street parking, huge deck and backyard! We are a 5 min. walk to the train station and gym & a 5 min. drive to the closest beach & center of town. I am a single mom living with my son and looking to find a way to keep my home since I'm single again.
