***FEMALE ROOMMATE ONLY*** 1 Bedroom available with shared bathroom. Its located in East Delray, a duplex with a pool and patio area. It s in a great location with many shops and restaurants around; Publix, Trader Joes, LA Fitness, TJ Maxx, Forever 21, Pei Wei... My roommate and I (both females 24&32) , are on 8-5 schedule and we are pretty neat. I have a dog, shes a s minature pincher that weighs about 7 pounds. Rent would be $650 than splitting up fpl and internet/tv in 3 ways, evenly!
