Looking for a roommate to share a 3bed 2bath house with. Your rent will be $300 a month and half of the electric bill. It is a trailer house on some land. There are no pets aloud via the landlord. I’m a normal guy work a full time job. The main bedrooms are on the opposite sides of the house along with the bathrooms. Will be very private for both of us. Looking for male or female roommate, main concern is someone who is respectful to privacy and someone who will be reliable with the rent.
