We have all furniture and appliances, original hardwood floors, wifi, and easy access to all of Texarkana's amenities. We have 2 german shepherds and an indoor cat. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Must sign a lease and pass a credit check. Monthly expenses between $450 - $475, rent and utilities included.
