I just bought a Cute bungalow in North Oak Park (bordering Huntington Woods and Berkley) Only 10 minutes from Royal Oak and Ferndale. I work during the week so I try to keep my week nights pretty mellow. But anything goes on the week end. I am a very social and fun person, yet respectful.
