Great two story townhouse - second bedroom available and has the larger of the 2 bathrooms. Location is in Cornelius, near Huntersville, Davidson, Concord, Charlotte, and Lake Norman. Ideal roommate would be female, have a sense of humor, responsible, pick up after themselves but NOT be insane about cleaning, NOT have any pets, (as I have them) - but definately LIKE them, and be open to being friends as well as roommates.
