Washer/Dryer in unit, Bus stop right outside, Large deck, NO SMOKING. VERY CLOSE to New Pi CoOp & Library. Shared Kitchen and bathroom. I have a pretty nice Condo on 5th street, it is fully furnished (not the bedroom) so you wont need to move any extra furniture into living room or kitchen. i don't have people over often and i prefer to live very quietly (except for weekends of course!
