I have a room vacancy in my 2 bdrm apartment. It has within the unit - 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, carpeting, dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, washer/dryer, & balcony. Within the apartment complex, there is a pool available in the summer, tennis courts, gym facility, and a clubhouse (all of whose use are included in rent for tenants). Rent for the 10' by 10' bedroom is about $500.00/mth, with utilities extra (they can vary, but are usually not more than $100/mth).
