I have awesome neighbors and we all get along. It is a 10 acre gated community (great for taking brisk night walks) with lots of playgrounds that are being renovated in each court yard with a nice garden setting. There is a pool and new jacuzzi right next to the building that is being renovated, in case you need a spot to tan or chill. There are 5 large gas BBQ's for you to use anytime in the court yard and a indoor gym. There are allot of laundry facilities on site to use. I will accept a cat.
