I have 1 room w/private bath for rent in my townhouse in Irvine, right next to IVC.It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking, so If you have a car, you can typically find parking right in front. The room is unfurnished. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay six months to a year, a non smoker, and not too noisy. I am a female in my early 30's, and I share my room with my 4 year old daughter and 7lb dog (my daughter stays with her dad every other weekend and on Wednesdays). I work 8-5 M-F
