The $400 rent every month would cover your rent, water sewage &trash, electric, washer & dryer privileges, internet access, satellite tv in living room, also dinner available if you want it. Also our lease is up in 9 months and we are preparing to rent a house if your a good tenant we will consider you moving into the house with us.
