I am working on signing a lease at Chesterfield Apts. I would love to have a room mate to help with the costs. I have a 15# dog, and I intend to only be in the apt Monday - Thursday. Weekends will be out of town - always! Holidays will be yours without fail. Occasionally, I will stay over Friday night, but will leave on Saturday and return on Monday. You will never be responsible for Luther (unless you want to be), and all costs will be split 50/50.
