About this household

I am graduating and need someone to take over my lease starting in January. You could move in on the 19th of December and not pay rent until January 1. I live in a Copper Beach Townhouse, Lower level, my own bathroom, right next to laundry closet. The room is spacious with a very large closet. Shared Kitchen on main level. My roommates are two males with rooms on the upper level. They are both nice, friendly, and respectful. We share costs for internet and utilities. 1.5 miles from RU.
