The rental is one private bedroom and mostly sole use of the nearby bathroom (except guest usage). Large room with closet, bathroom sits right outside the bedroom. Bathroom has a storage closet as well. Two current roommates, a couple who live in the master. Will share spaces such as kitchen, living room, and balcony.
