I am basically looking for a non-violent person who does not look for trouble. I need a room mate who will be considerate when it comes to a person trying to concentrate or sleep. In other words, no loud music while company is around or while I am asleep. It is just common sense and courteousy. I am also needing someone who has good values, street smarts, and no naivety. I am not a mother, so I am not looking to raise someone who makes the wrong decisions.
