I have one bedroom available in a newly renovated townhouse. The room is about 12x12 and comes with a custom bed, which has a ton of storage in it. The room also has a 5x7 walk-in closet. The carpet and paint in the room is brand new. The rent includes all utilities (heat, electricity, high speed internet, HD cable with DVR). The place also has a brand new washer and dryer &the first floor has been completely redone. Currently live here with one other guy. We're both very easy to get along with.
