I am moving to the area from Kentucky. I am looking for a sublease that is flexible (3-6 months) that will allow me time to find and purchase a house in the area. I will work about 60 hours a week and I may be in school about 10 hours a week as well. I am a very quiet and tidy roommate and I will pay all 3 months up front if need be. I would prefer to have my own bathroom and closet but this is negotiable. My main concern is finding a individual(s) or family who is clean snf honest. Thx
