I have a very nice 3bd,2bh double wide in an adult Park. It has washer/dryer, internet and wifi. Fully furnished with smart TV in bedroom. The $700 is total amount per month. I cover all else. Must be at least 50yrs old and have verifiable income. No pets. I already have an 8 1/2 yr. old Border Collie. 719-375-3048 Daniel BTW, I'm 74yrs young and still full of it.
